Apart from its livery its just another tanker/transport, routinely in use along with the rest of the fleet. Unless I'm mistaken it only gets called for VIP duties in certain circumstances, not every time Boris travels abroad.

Inrestingly I was reading their shopping list of what Ukraine want, see

https://www.thenationalnews.com/worl...re-war-in-may/

M113!!!! They are Vietnam era and If i remember correctly were not that well armoured, hence why you always saw the American troops riding around on the top of them in vietnam with sandbags around them instead of being inside them.

It looks like the M113's are on the way

Photography is not quite the same as parading a prisoner in public and making them admit their "crimes"

It really surprises me that Scholz was absent for the vote - on his way to Japan. He seems to have a burning desire to stay as uninvolved as possible.
He's been taking lessons from our own PM, who often finds a sudden need to travel

Russians have been executing Ukrainians trying to surrender near Donetsk, surely that just makes your job even harder as they will fight to the end.

A reasonable request.
Given the amount of noise that side discussion has generated, the offending posts have been moved to their own thread which can be accessed by those interested in the complexities of that political topic.

Russia is an interesting character - almost like an out-of-control oversized kid playing dodgeball. Russia just lobbed two missiles into Kyiv and hit a residential high-rise building, damaging the first two floors. Hardly the behavior of a super power and technologically advanced military.

Britain states Brimstone will be surface based and arrive in the next few weeks, we are sending hundreds as anti shipping.

Stupidity comes to mind, they must have a finite supply of missiles to use, so as long as they are firing them into high rise buildings they are not diminishing the Countries military capability to defend themselves and fight back, the tragedy in it all is the innocents getting killed or maimed as Russia attempts to demoralise the Ukrainian people and break down their spirit and resolve.
But if Bucha is anything to go by Russia is simply making the Country stronger and filling them with so much hate and loathing through these actions that the Ukrainians will fight back to their last.

Please note adopted 220-205.

Now passed with the figures you have quoted.

Staggering contempt and disrespect for the Secretary-General of the United Nations. Was he the target?

I wonder how they are going to launch them? Scaffolding on the back of a truck or a Hi-lux? As far as I know, we have no ground based launch systems in service. Are they effective against maritime targets in their current configuration or will they need a software mod?

According to the ISW they have estimated that Russia has used 70% of their cruise missile stocks.
