Is Ukraine about to have a war?

Military Aviation A forum for the professionals who fly military hardware. Also for the backroom boys and girls who support the flying and maintain the equipment, and without whom nothing would ever leave the ground. All armies, navies and air forces of the world equally welcome here.

Thanks, Uberteknik, for that headsup.
This Kyivpost article the other week shows an intriguing image of a lashup of applique-wings on a conventional bomb - allegedly Russian - purportedly attached to Su-34.

It is unclear, at least to me, what triggers wing extension on release of the bomb, and I'd rather not be below the release point.

Video of bomb dropped on Belgorod.

Substantial delay between impact and sub-surface explosion so doesn’t seem a FAE, more a bunker buster.

In Dmitri's link, is that a car or a motorbike flying over that row of houses with its headlights still on?

I'm surprised that they have admitted to it and didn't try to pass it off as a Ukrainian strike.

Perhaps the pilot officially reported an "oops, wrong button" moment?
