It doesn't have to cost the crew anything. They must stand firm. The deal made is between the company and Qantas, not the crew and Qantas.
If you stand firm it might mean the company walks away...

How about a list of how many responses you had from each airline. Cobham is not very big compared to emirates or Qantas. This can skew outcomes.Lies and statistics.

Cobham will crew them, they are the jet operator for Qantas and have been for a long time. They are separate form QF so there are no MOUs required and no none can demand slots as they are not owned...
