Apparently,That was the Endurance Technique suggested by that fella claiming to be the second man on the balcony .
We don’t know if it works to improve Endurance , as nobody has been able to complete the training . Yet , you may be the first graduate from our new stress control training course . They said this was the Chingford Hill training that made them “ Special “ .
