As far from my area of expertise as you could get, but the nonchalant way they are being moved by operators with hands in pockets tells me you are correct.
You still would not catch me trying it though 🤪 |

Details on the Hind `raid' on Belgorod are getting murkier.
Ukraine first neither confirming nor denying - and now saying it wasn't them. Much chatter relating to a false flag pretext - and linked to Russian withdrawals around Kiev. |

First Starstreak kill?
I’ll just post the video and you make of it what you will. Do you see the darts just before impact?

the Russian army used it from 1891 till 1917, and soviet army till the 60's. Must say that I had no idea they had saved the stocks and are really using them in 2022. |

I see that "UK Cabinet sources" are encouraging Ukrainians to "fight on and not cut a deal"
Surely this should be left to the Ukrainian Govt. They and the Russian are the only people who can decide what and what is not acceptable to end this conflict? Not someone cheering them on from the cheap seats. |
‘Cheap seats’ is a cheap shot, aimed at someone supplying super modern weapons, like repainted white vans for ambulances.

So they've already used maxims on tuk tuks, M91/30's and AN-2 biplanes, whats next, an ironclad in the black sea? https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....6b8e242223.png |

You forgot about the armored train
Assuming we can take a guess as to why Object 279 was taken out for a test run It is only reasonable to fire up the Object 279's as the Ukrainian spring is coming and it does have double the tracks so there is hope it will not get stuck in the mud. Imagine going to a battle in a C47, equipped with Lee-Enfields, supported by Vickers guns and a Railway Howitzer Mk I. Rather demoralizing for the troops. |
