Israel has said no.
Rather sad this, even if it is Russian, a tank was hit and lost the left track then continued to do donuts in the mud, the crew were possibly dead, and the driver unconscious.
Eventually he appears to recover. stops the tank, probably grab a couple of things from a locker and start to climb down only to get hit by a dropped grenade and blown off the tank, another one finishes the job.

In addition to ground defences, I wonder if some form of adhoc aerial defence could be mustered e.g. by equipping some light aircraft (helos?) with door-mounted LMGs, vectored by Uke AD?
Helicopter Door Gunner vs Drone
Helicopter Door Gunner vs Drone
As drones are dumb and predictable perhaps a mini gun would be better?

They need to ask for their money back.

WHEN YOU HAVE TO GET AWAY: Russia’s military age men continue to depart. Largely to Finland, but also to Norway, where at least two have been arrested on suspicion of espionage. Not surprisingly, Poland has expelled 23 more RU citizens than it has admitted.
Iran has been seriously short of friends since Trump pulled out of the agreement. EU faceplanted on bypassing Trump, basically clutched their pearls, bleated and ultimately let trade with Iran circle the drain.
I suspect Iran had a vital trade relationship with Russia under the covers that was sufficient incentive to sell some weaponry for valuable consideration.
The Iran regime got its nose out of joint when Ukraine broadcast the evidence of missile hits on their 737 departing Iran.
This all has to do with the regime and not the people who are actively looking for a way to get out from under it.

Quite a chorus, maybe extra edgy or on the ball with the alerts ATM, klitschko/kiev government been saying to follow the advice and seek shelter and take each alert seriously.
Better safe than sorry. could be a jump in activity coming. seems a few things are aligning at the moment a bit like the old cheese adage

"NATO will in the coming days deliver counter-drone systems to counter the specific threat of drones, including those from Iran. No nation should support the illegal war of Russia against Ukraine."
It comes as Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said he would ask President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to formally cut diplomatic ties with Iran in protest over the drones.

Phalanx or goalkeepers ... or both. or there other CIWS these days that can economically take out these drones, but also maybe more.

NATO will deliver air defence systems to Ukraine "in the coming days" to help the country defend itself against drones, the alliance's secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg said."The most important thing we can do is deliver on what allies have promised, to step up and deliver even more air defence systems," he said.

BREAKING: Russian governor of the Kherson region has announced the "organized movement of the civilian population to the left bank of the Dnipro river" - Kommersant.
"There is an immediate risk of flooding of the territories due to the planned destruction of the dam of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station and the discharge of water from the cascade of power plants upstream of the Dnieper", russian occupation governor says.

Meanwhile, Russian General Sergey “Armageddon” Surovikin sounds even more pessimistic, warning that “difficult decisions” lie ahead regarding the city of Kherson itself, as Ukraine’s counteroffensive nears. Future plans depend on “the emerging military-tactical situation.”
Could the "organised" evacuation of Kherson be a prelude to the destruction of the city by something that goes bang in a very big way, either once the Ukrainian forces are in Kherson or before, both as demonstration and as a scorched earth policy?

Don’t think so.
More interesting is how many they think they can evacuate with the bridges down. The RU forces are going to lose all there tanks, armour, artillery, ammunition and thousands of men as KIA/WIA/POW.

I am not sure if this was intended for drones, but if you have enough money you might be able to get one of these.
The demonstration, one of the Army’s 35 signature modernization priorities, is pending laboratory and field testing this year.
My read of the 'acting governor of Kherson's' statement is that the Russians plan to breach upstream dams and flood the area. So much for helping the recently annexed Russian citizens........ Looks like a scorched earth policy now; time for the Crimean bridge to take a tumble. With all the Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure maybe it's time to stop the Crimean water supply; the Ukrainians haven't been emulating their invaders but goose and gander.....

Already hinted at in the last couple of days.

Wonder if he realises that Crimea hets irradiated in the latter case, and in the former case, Crimea losses its water supply. With the consequentially inevitable destruction of the Kerch bridge, maybe he can negotiate with Antonov for more airlift capability. Oh, that's right, he destroyed their factory too. Silly boy, that will leave a stain.
Russia has a big dose of hubris; before destroying infrastructure in your neighbours house, you probably want to stock up with blankets for the dark winter that is a foreseeable response from your own resistance forces and asymmetric actions by your neighbour. Seems like Vlad is on a race to the bottom legally, morally and practically. Hope Russians like frozen pirogi. Seems like a sad direction to go.
One thing is certain. Russia won't be invited back to Ukraine any time soon, dumping your soiled diapers over the fence leaves a bad taste with your neighbours. well done Vlad!. As much fun as dropping the Karkhova dam and smoking the ZNPP may seem, it seems problematic given the difficulty that Vlad will have in moving the 14 odd NPPs that are upwind of his cities. No good deed goes unpunished.
