Met Armed Police assessment. ... well done PC Hoskins but all 9 targets were actually innocent flowers sellers or children. You have to be a bit more selective....

Sir why do all the potential perps wear helmets and body armour can we not please just shoot to, oh I donno, just non leathal incapacitat them??
Good God no this way they can't dispute your version of events, and remember to delete the video footage.
