Is Ukraine about to have a war?
Typical misplacement of decimal point.
The emphasis might be on "return home". The rest might be left there?

SpaceX has handed Ukraine a major boost to combat Russia's aggression, as Kyiv has signed a new deal,, with funding from several European countries, to receive more than 22,000 more Starlink terminals in the coming months, according to government official Mykhailo Fedorov.
He also clarified all financial issues have been resolved, “at least until the spring”, referring to an incident last month when 1,300 Starlink satellite units went offline over a funding issue. So far, the SpaceX has provided Kyiv with over 10,000 ground terminals.

I am normally an easy going person but I do hope the death penalty will be brought back if they do not have it and some of these bastards will be found and they will be lined up against a wall and shot. I would bring in mandatory dna testing for any Russians travelling abroad.

Vladimir Putin believes Russia is not to blame for the war in Ukraine, adding both countries are "sharing a tragedy".During a televised address with senior military officials, the Russian president said he continued to see Ukraine as a "brotherly nation". He claimed the conflict was "the result of the policy of third countries" and not down to Russian policy. The theory, which implies Western expansion is the cause, has been repeatedly dismissed outside Russia. President Putin claimed the West had "brainwashed" post-Soviet republics, starting with Ukraine. He said: "For years, we tried to build good-neighbourly relations with Ukraine, offering loans and cheap energy, but it did not work. "There's nothing to accuse us of. We've always seen Ukrainians as a brotherly people and I still think so. "What's happening now is a tragedy, but it's not our fault."
