Is Ukraine about to have a war?

This video discusses Putin's EMP option from about the 20:20 minute mark - for example a high altitude burst over Brussels would take out components of the electrical grid and critical infrastructure from Poland to Ireland.
He also mentions that the Euro grid is not EMP hardened, whereas the Russian grid has been hardened. The US is supposedly looking at hardening their own grid.
The Mitchell Institute's Nuclear Deterrence and Missile Defense Forum hosts Dr. Peter Pry, Executive Director of Task Force on National and Homeland Security for a discussion on evolving events in Ukraine, the performance of the Russian military, NATO, U.S. responses, and implications for the future.

Also winter clothing for AFU on its way. This will be crucial, without weapons a fight is not fought, without proper clothing there will be no one to fight at all.
Hopefully Russian logistics is on its usual efficiency level on these items as well, in essence old rotten rags from a cold war era warehouse of the 60s.

There are self-propelled devices for inspecting pipelines. As I recall they even managed to put one in a Bond film. Building a cart isn't tough.

In view of the rapidly approaching winter.
Perhaps Canada sending some off the shelf Snow Machines such as the Cam-Am ATV and Ski-doo snow machine may be a good idea.
Very useful in those conditions.
Hardly tanks and weapons but you have to. be able to move cross country in deep snow.behind the lines.
”You need to be able to Shoot, MOVE and Communicate.”.
Just a thought.

Why am I not surprised. Wagner recruitment of prisoners used as a means of money…
Gulagu.net share info on how Prigozhyn uses PMC Wagner to make good money off long-term convicts. By paying $70-100k they can stay in the hotels of the "LPR" for a while and disappear. Some even "die officially" with a new ID issued later.

So much for selective conscription, and again its the republics getting hit, not the Russian core.

Russia is going to send 20,000 mobilized troops to Belarus, according to Ukrainian intelligence.
I tend to agree with one of the replies

My bet is they'll send conscripts there, and reassign the soldiers currently in Belarus to the front.
I tend to think that is because of some tendencies inside Belarus to loosen the ropes to mother Russia lately. If Belarus breaks away things will get even worse for Mad Vlad'.
I think all of the Russian federated states/countries must be ****ting their pants now that the whole world knows Russia's military is reduced to a paper tiger. It's over in Ukraine the only person who doesn't' know that is Putin, Lashenko'Belarus and Kadyrov/Chechnya must be seriously watching their backs now that the threat of Russia can't be taken seriously .Russians in Ukraine will have no choice, surrender or freeze to death and I'm sure most of them will be only too willing to do it.

How would you deploy such a weapon? Presumably that's what RAF Fylingdales is for?
Russia possesses battlefield nukes - artillery and rocket - as well as SRBM, such as the Iskander. It was intelligence suggesting the Iskander deployed to Kaliningrad were equipped with nuclear warheads threatening Europe which led to the US withdrawing from the INF treaty.
They also have air launched ASM with nuclear warheads, such as the Kent and the Kickback, carried by the Bear and Blackjack. Though with their conventional versions having a reported success rate below 50% I’m not sure they’d risk using one.
None of which would be detectable by Fylingdales.

Belarus preparing to join war…
Our sources report: #Lukashenko agreed to deploy 120K soldiers 🇷🇺 during November-February. 🇧🇾 undertakes to supply 100K mobilized soldiers in addition.
Lukashenko is preparing for a full-scale war. The West must issue an ultimatum he cannot refuse

Russian MOD announced that most domestically produced drones do not meet technical requirements - mostly due to the “components base issues” that force “simplification” of drone models.…..

On the remote offchance I'm wrong about Belarus becoming an active participant in the conflict, I fully expect Poland would then get involved. They're already straining at the leash.
