Just watched it, finally someone who appears to have her sh*t together and is at least trying to help save their lives and give them practical advice as to what the really need when they go into combat, Thank God the Russian military do not appear have more of her.
The trouble is they probably do not have the funds nor availability to buy the correct dressings
