Germany would have invaded poland in 32 if the Luftwaffe had been fully up to strength, sadly ab initio Glider training was behind schedule due to inadaquate winches being available.

Early production trials for locally produced "Potato Mashers" had somewhere along the lines of communications got mixed up and orders were sent to the catering division instead of the armaments division.
