Those going over to JQ as a F/O probably don't have the experience to go to Qatar/EK/China etc. Those F/Os going over as Cpts under the MOU would not have the experience...

On descent:

3 times track nm = Altitude (i.e 100nm = 30,000ft).
From 300 to 250kts I use 1000ft and from 250 to flaps up I use another...
