It is not 'Airbus' Training but 'Air France' training. Please do not confuse the 2. It is based on Airbus recommendations but done in AF premises with AF instructors based on AF SOPs.

My guess is something like the Max Landing Mass + trip fuel, contingency and alternate since you'll have to land with Final reserve intact.
Don't get fooled by Taxi fuel since you'll burn...

For the Ipad, an external GPS chip like Bad Elf is much more efficient. The built in GPS is not that good.

I tried it in cruise in a CRJ with WingX and other soft and it did work fine....
