Comlux sackings again
3 Airbus Pilots got the sack on the evening of the 24th. Nice gift from VP Ops, an absolute tos*er. 2 more left on their own.Short of Trainers now. But well-connected to the DCA, nothing to worry about:limitations are here to be bypassed, stretched and abused.Scheduling, Dispatch and Crew Control an absolute mess.17 days ON Model is the most optimistic scenario you can get, count on getting 23ON plus! Cabin Crew standards in freefall.A weak CP protecting himself by hiring weak staff and firing the good ones.2 Airbusses sold away, talking of 2 more for this year plus 1 Embraer Lineage and 1 B-767.Be ready for more jobs but be ready for a "hire and fire" company and lowest pay and standards!Sad to see this company being destroyed by idiots..

As far as I know, pilots are hired directly by the Principal. I'm not sure Clx is the decision maker.
