Is Ukraine about to have a war?
Russian state Duma has stated that the DPR and LPR will be recognized within the entire region. In practice it would mean that they want to expand to areas currently held by Ukrainian military, cross the current borderline. That would in essence mean that the Russian troops would have to confront the Ukrainian troops. It would mean war. The madness has just started, and Putin has to be stopped.

Well. Happy to say I was wrong - I didn’t think he’d be stupid enough, but I also wonder how much Biden escalating this over the past 2 weeks may have been a miscalculation also

I see the Russian AN124 is in at EGNX, business as usual,
Boots on the ground are not worth much if the other side owns the sky.
Only realistic chance is Guerilla tactics. Meat grinder. Give them thousands of sniper rifles with NVD. Give them Stingers. Give them Javelins. Provide them with IED. The Russian public will get tired of hundreds of their children coming back in an aluminuum box daily relatively quickly.

the Russian public does not have a say, after years of dictatorship. Now, this is Germany, 1939. And yes, we now how Hitler ended, but we also know what happened to the world before that.

So far I have counted 5 instances of western inteligence saying that invasion is imminent! So can you really blame me for quering when someone screams "Wolf!"?
I never said that Putin is right and that invasion will never happen. Only thing that I did try is to give alternate point of view that Putin and Russia are doing what both USSR and USA/NATO have done before.

The sad thing is this ain't gone'a happen. Only as last resort after all-out nuclear war. Cause it would hurt the industry.
