Boeing had a brilliant new idea and implemented a novel real time MCAS counter ballast under FAA expert observation. When Dolly says "baa", y'all move behind the CofG line. Boeing stated that the best part is that this can happen autonomously without pilots even knowing about it hence no need for training.
