Yes dear this is the official bust for the practice of medal pinning on....it's inflatable and comes with a bicycle repair kit..or that's what Daddy told me when I found it under his bed..

Charles explained to Camilla it is a old Navy tradition to ' fondle * " the ships figurehead for good luck...Camilla apologised for the slap and hoped the red marks would fade soon..
