Time for the draw and you all made life problematic for me. I did like the reference to Jeremy Clarkson's Lightning – 622 at #12530 - but difficult decisions had to be made. Here we go.

1st is Buster Hyman (#12519) with the laconic On the Terrace: “Bertie...what exactly does 'Gun Harmonisation' mean?” with an honourable mention to Nutloose (#12488).
