Some people seem to think it is in water - it is on a wet runway at Tullamarine in Melbourne.

The pilot didn't actually realise he had left the gear up until he hopped out of the cockpit and found the ground closer than expected. He then looked back in the cockpit to see the gear handle up. It was then an exercise to prevent the firies from filling the cockpit with foam, especially when he had to grab the firies' hose which was being fed through the ejection face blind handles to hold it still...
