Bingo! Teruel it is. Expected to be yet one more of Spain's "aeromuertos", they seem to be making a success of it as a Mojave-style parking lot. Usually quite dry but at that time this year all of Iberia was lush after weeks of rain.

Under the "quick reply" header, click on the Photo icon (just left of the smiley face). The page below should show up, in which case you will simply select "browse your device", select an image from your device (your computer) and then click upload in the top right corner. Voila! (make sure the imge is less than about 800 x 800).

It's not North Korea or Burma and has two runways, both active.

The name of this biplane will lead you to something else, which in turn should lead you to the country/area, and this country did have some of these.
