Doubt so, especially when it's a LCC
in fact, after course end, u may not get a job with them immediately if they're not looking to boost manpower.. So with a 133k loan rolling in the interest, u will have to look for alternatives to repay it until they need new F/Os and call u up to offer employment contract

If you join the Tiger MPL program you should get a job with them at the end given that the course is tailored to their operation. Provided you don't mess up the interview and training of course.

Tiger may or may not start the intake this year. According to inside sources, cost are expected to run into S$185,000 at time of writing. There will be no internal loans, ie you will have to seek external sources of finance yourself.
Application cost should be around S$300, at this time it is not known if class one medical and other asst cost is included or borne by selected applicant. In my opinion, it should be the latter. Talks are underway and there should be 4 - 6 cadets selected to form this course.
Be advised that you are going for a MPL, thus with limited actual flying hours and rushed studying and sims, you may require additional hours (and if the FTO wants to make more $$), of course, at your own cost.
Lastly, do not despair, July to Oct there might be a round of SIA selection. The only one planned for this year.
Information are still sketchy at this stage, would appreciate if anyone could verify provide updates.

MPL
Advantages
- Faster/shorter training time
- More emphasis on CRM, Glass Cockpit Training & Airline Procedures
- Many hours on Sims compared to GA planes
Disadvantages
- Cannot fly solo (assuming you wanna fly GA or do part time instructing)
- screwed if you don't get 1700hours to convert to ATPL
Cost between CPL and MPL should be roughly in the same region. It seems that alot of budget airlines prefer it as its more beneficial to them. There must be a reason for SFC to stick to conventional CPL.

Will send u a pm dahawk!
Currently SFC latest batch is in lemut obs.
Next round of interviews should open once this batch is finishing and preparing to go to aussieland. Current batch in obs is to clear backlog. The July'11 batch is already in wssl sfc preparing for exams.
No of cadets will depend on co. estimate minus backlogs left.
