Tire Pressure Indicators are optional on the 737. I don't think Ryanair has them at all, so you wouldn't know about it untill you do your walk-around or until the ground crew tell you.

As far as I'm aware you can move the APU switch back to ON (not START) during the 60sec cooldown cycle. The APU Gen light will then illuminate after a few seconds and the APU is then still available....
