Ryanair would provide a nicer lifestyle than Monarch 320/321, since they manage to avoid 18-30 rest periods and have more days off.

Jet2 would be better, since you wouldn't contantly be doing 900...

The above two postings make the point that Monarch is very variable with base/fleet. Some people, especially LTN A330/A300/Boeing are quite happy with their 500-700 hours per year, long haul...

Despite your bus rating, if you stick out for it, you should get 757/A300. If you join on the 320, you'll have a work pattern like Easy with plenty of taxis thrown in. Anyway you'll have no sector...
