The logic / illogic behind the new rule

IMHO, the reason for the new rule is as follows:

Imaging a TRE supervising a new Command Upgraded F/O while operating the last 10 sectors as a new PIC.

The TRE being on the jump seat will scrap...

QA MFF is a playing with fire, thay are qualifing ONE A320 instructor every year !!! then back to the 320 to fly the A330 only on mimimum basis to keep current.
I flew with 2 pilots from the 320...

I think we are starting the time of "good pilots" refusing to join QA simply because it is turning to low cost flight operations.
E.g. Unpaid duty time, unpaid DH, removing the days off allowance...
