Russia is minimising this by saying that the Byelorussians don't have control of the weapons. Kaliningrad is an exclave of Russia and the NPT does not therefore apply.

* I believe that at the moment this is all hypothetical and nothing has been transferred because no special storage facilities have been built.

Patriot not yet deployed

Regarding the others :

- UK never sent any remaindered Rapier, so not that.

- Gepard has had happy user videos all over the place.

- IRIS-T I have a vague memory of happy user videos, but could be mistaken in my memory.

- NASAAMS no known happy user videos, though I had assumed OpSec request.

- Crotale no known happy user videos, though I had assumed OpSec request.

The various ex-Soviet stuff sent by eastern European users seems to have been integrated as one would expect.

Maybe other stuff has gone and not been reported.
In this YT video from Denys Davydov, he talks about air-defence at 7:00 and says that deployment of Patriot is probably awaiting the much -heralded counter-attack. Since these are mobile systems, I really don't understand why they would not have used them since arrival ( 6-8 weeks ago ? ) unless it is restricted missile-supply ( over $ 1 million per piece ) and they are saving them to counter Russian air-power when they make their big push.
There is also mention of a large explosion at Simferopol military airport which the Russkis claim was a plane going supersonic, but there is accompanying video showing a large plume of smoke. Speculation of drone attack.

DD also reports the UKR Defence Minister saying that the counter-attack will happen in late April/early May !!. At 17:45 DD shows his regular war-map and talks through different possibilities for this action.

NEW: Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on March 30 authorising Russia’s semiannual spring conscription which will induct 147,000 Russians between April 1 and July 15.

They too are all going to die. Sadly.

Not for their country, dulce et decorum est, pro patria mori etc., but to die for the great and powerful Wizard of Oz Putin's miscalculation in kick-starting a never-ending war with no clear or rational endgame in mind.

Must be running out of meat for the grinder I suspect! So very sad to see this in this day and age.

I have no experience in this kind of tactical flying (other than in the back of helicopters round S Armagh), but at that height and speed would the pilot even be looking at the altimeter, especially with steam gauges?

No. At that height all your concentration is out of the front window, looking for obstacles/threats/targets. Glances inside the office would be rare and extremely brief. Speaking as one who has been recorded at 5’ AGL on the attack run!

The biggest risk is knocking the weapons off on a passing fence post - you need to be careful or someone could be hurt.

it's the right size to plug a 12.7mm hole... that should make up for no ammo, no leaders, no food, no hope. If it wasn't for bad luck they would have no luck. About time for them to consider retirement plans.
