The board finds that Lt Mitchell's repeatedly 'hitting the brakes and watching him fly by' caused fatigue in the mounting leading to uncommanded weapons release. Lt Mitchell is sentenced to six months stoppage of pay and reassigned for the period to flying rubber dog excrement out of NAS Lemoore.
