Naturally worried after the last time they were straffed the children approached tentatively. Were overjoyed however to receive Flu jabs.....and so the Flying Doctor service started.
The downside of the station WO being the Santa this year was that he refused to hand over any treats until "all cloggs were clean and polished and all the boys and girls had a damn good haircut!"
And in exchange for a chocolate bar.......Santa agreed to release Fido from the bag and promised not to take him to visit the canal!
