The class of '13 had an unusually high chop-rate, with most failing to achieve the required standard in the tricky 'how to look like a cool FJ pilot' module.

Ok, the plan is put everyone in a grow bag, that way visiting nations will naturally assume we have aircraft for each one of them, thus allowing us to continue punching well above our weight.

"It's no good, guys, we've got to admit it. We're beaten. 632 VGS can do things with the Vigilant that we've never dreamed of".

A bunch of likely lads attend a recent airshow. While not exactly recruiting poster material they do exhibit the unmistakeable hallmarks of 'FIGJAMS'in the making
.

(if clarification of acronym needed, google is your friend.)

So Minister, as an example, if you take this bunch of cadets as representing a strong, modern RAF, and that thin blue rope as our range limitations without Tanker capability...and the old Woman as the Italian Air Force who is here to lift the rope for us...

The crew regretted letting Alex Salmond on board, as he departs, claiming the aircraft now belonged to Scotland.

It was no good, they were on the wrong side of the rope. There would be no ice creams today.

Lady, as none of us have id to prove our age, would you mind going to the beer tent for 7 halves of shandy?

Damm, the recruiting poster said 'Your country needs you' I did not understand this was for a tour of duty on a dissused airbase in darkest Oxfordshire

In what other country can a female immigrant feel so safe where she is given a personal protection squad.

This Pilotless Aircraft thingy sure makes chasing Birds far easier even if we don't have the draw we did flying them ourselves!
