Some people can see the picture and (unless April Fools's Day has come early) some can't, so here it is from photobucketshopbook:-
If anybody still can't see it, here is a brief summation of the picture:-
It's a sunny day on an airfield somewhere in the Middle East, a gentleman in traditional Arab dress is shaking the hand of an American fighter type pilot, in the background is an F15 Strike Eagle. There is a mixture of USAF personnel and 'local' dignitaries. I think the American in the foreground is mentioning, to the Arabian gentleman, that he is a fighter pilot and inquiring if he has any sisters/daughters/grandmas/camels
