QF mandates Vaccine
Not sure if you've noticed the number of complications these experimental vaccines have dished out on the general sheep population. Realize that they don't even know the long term effects of these experimental "vaccines". As a pilot, I don't like taking chances. I'm sure most don't. So we have corporate who couldn't care less if you die, as long as the plane's OK, telling you to be a lab rat and join the millions of lab rats out there. Sorry, when they make a real vaccine, I'll consider it. Right now, I see it as the biggest con job ever pulled by a couple of greedy pharmaceutical giants. And they have done a wonderful job. Early treatments with existing drugs worked and continue to work, but you are not supposed to know that.
It's fine to have preferences, but stating that it is 'experimental' or not a 'real vaccine' is nothing more than emotive claptrap, based on zero knowledge of vaccine production, testing and approval. Unless you're a disease and vaccine expert you're just throwing around nonsense.
Your ridiculous argument could be turned around the other way - what if YOU refuse to get the vaccine and someone you work with who has a valid medical reason for not being able to be vaccinated, catches it from you and dies???? You think any company is just going to say "Ah well, whatever????" Of course not, because they have an obligation to protect not only employees but person(s) they carrier on their aircraft.
I just love how when a topic like this comes up on any forum in pprune, all of a sudden there's people throwing about nonsense that they could not ever know unless they're an expert in the field.

I put this stuff in the same category as the ex One Neuron Senator from WA who has started a conspiracy theory based on BS over the weekend that the AEC is planning to use dominion voting machines....... the ex Senator involved had to resign from Parliament due to a bankruptcy and was later declared as having been ineligible to sit in parliament because of an indictment or conviction or similar that fell foul of s44.... but, cue the music, the people that get all their 'facts' from facebook started bombarding the AEC with abuse.... no one pays any attention to sources anymore, people just accept sh-t at face value....
Unless of course it becomes a condition of medicare rebate, which is likely. As an un-vaccinated person is more costly to society as a whole.

It amazes me that you claim to be a pilot, but amongst other things, seem happy to get Covid and as a result maybe Long Covid and then probably a loss of your medical.
That sort of cognitive or cerebral failure reminds me of the sort of inability to think that led someone to produce a series of memes about that cretin in Kentucky - an ex QLD 'Science' Teacher who runs an apologetic organization that insists everything in the bible is true and evolution never happened, Noah's Ark is real, etc.

Well, he is no longer a QF pilot, so he represents himself...like most of those from the skygod area, he has retired.
By appearing in this protest, he is breaking the law by impersonating an aircrew member, apparently there is the possibility of police follow up.

You do know that AZ distribute their vaccine at cost, which explains why the brand was trashed?
I'm assuming that if you get sick you won't be going to hospital to be treated by doctors who are all in on the "biggest con job". You can buy Ivermectin at the local farm supplies shop so you should be fine.
But so are smokers, the obese, the disabled, people from low socio economic backgrounds and someone with a rare genetic disorder. There are also people who can't be vaccinated as well. If you want a collectivist health care system that means everyone is in it not just those who are more cost effective. The alternative is to abolish Medicare and go to a health insurance system where you get the health care you can afford.
An equivalent could be to charge the anti-vaxxers much higher medicare levy to reflect the risk that they could take up an ICU be for a few weeks, or better still present them, or thier estate of they die, with the bill..

Even assuming that those stats were 100% correct which would be highly debatable on its own taking into account the whole PCR reliability saga and questionable case accounting ("with Covid" rather than "from Covid"), that 99% or 98% still does not scare me that much in order to embrace a world-wide shutdown, checkpoints and forced novel injections every 6 months. Again, I am willing take my chances with the virus, thanks. And yes, we do reproduce perfectly fine, thank you for the concern 
Did you, or did you not claim the 'survival rate' for COVID is > 99.9%? Did you, or did you not then manage to disprove yourself, by providing evidence stating that rate is out by more than a factor of 20? Simple yes/no questions here.

Come on people, what you feel about the vaccine doesn’t matter. If you work for an airline that mandates the vaccine you can discuss the positives of the vaccine during a nice long cruise. If you don’t get the vaccine you can discuss the negatives of the vaccine in your local cafe whilst searching for another job. It is that simple.
Funny you should mention definitions, as by now surely you are aware that WHO for the past two years has been busy changing the very definition of the word immunity (as in "herd immunity"). In October 2020 it was updated to become “a concept used for vaccination”. This change implied that according to WHO the only way to achieve herd immunity was via vaccination, which is bizarre to say the least. Coincidence? More like if the rules do not allow for something to fit the agenda - change the rules. This is yet another reason which makes some of us "science-denying conspiracy-embracing anti-vax lunatics" even more sceptical.
