These levels of fatigue all sound quite terrible. For everyone one’s sake I hope that you file fatigue reports and forward them to CAA and also report not fit when deemed necessary.

Or you could go for DEC with Norwegian with a US-base and complete the ATPL through them and then bid for FCO-base. It would probably take you a year or something like that.
