From: Trying to gain control of Roma
Hello, I applied for the SAS Sk NTR FO position which they have open on their main group site.
I applied more than 6 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing. I'm experienced FO with 737 rating.
I've heard of people getting the assessment and the job straight from flight school.
Does anyone know of the current situation in regards of hiring at the moment?
The reason I'm asking is, I was expecting to at least get an online assessment or something in that regard by now.
I'm Danish BTW.

I was called for a screening in April in Denmark. I have 1900h TT, 1600 with a CS-25 type rating. Can anyone please tell me what is the averagy salary for CPH base for new joining guys with prior experience? I saw it is around 40 000 DKK, is this correct? If so, it is not really great salary, regarding the cost of living in Denmark.. Actually according google it is around average salary in Denmark at best....

Update selection
After the recent my interview ( European pilot but not danish,Swedish or norvegian) with sas, and certainly good performed (also confirmed by the assessors) in all phases, I failed.
they told me that they ll collect all the info about the interviewed pilots and then this info ll be forward to chief pilot that he has the final decision.
My personal impressions, is that they don't want non-Scandinavian in the company, I cannot see other reason for the failure on this assessment.
waste of time and money expecially because either the hotel for the stay and travel, must be sponsor by you.

Strong brand, proud history and, not too long ago, the dream job for both aspiring and experienced pilots across Scandinavia.
Today: Disgraceful terms and conditions - in several ways even worse than Ryanair. Shame.
With klm/airfrance taking a majority stake by 2026, something has to give. Pilot unions are divided and employee representatives are left fighting for the crumbs - While the CEO management and consultants keep lining their pockets.
