does all of the above happen also with low cost operators with heavy scheduling and quick turnarounds ? Most of these aircraft fly non stop from 7 am to 10...

hmmm.. NATS recruit people under 30 with no requirement of Uni degree. No selection fees. Free training and also a salary (small but still a salary) during your training.
I know they don't get you...
