I did 10 years with serco (IAL) from 1994 to 2004. My experience was a good one. Granted one or two others didn't feel the same, but we can't please everyone all the time. I'm now working for NATS...

You get to see a lot of the kids/family at times...

You get to see a lot of the kids/family at times of day that others don't - get to do school runs and go to sports days too - just not always - swings and roundabouts
