That was true....CoS99 Freighter FOs had to finish 3 years of service post line check and be senior to all SOs in HKG that have not been assessed. On CoS08 terms, a DEFO can move to HKG after 4 years...

I do not think that the AoA has much of a choice on this thing. Doesn't sound as if there will be a vote, just a choice left up to the individual.

Just worked it out....taking out the first 3 and 1/2 years on the freighter and assuming the two new pay points are the same 2% increase. COS08 is an average paycut of over 25000USD per year over 11...
