Christmass leave during transition?

Starting the transition course in december, any idea about christmas and new year leave (if any...)?....just trying to organize my family trip to Hkg.

Sorry mate,
how do you call the training on the new airplane for a new joiner?
.....I know I have a lot to learn about the new ( for me) Cathay phraseology...

Many thanks......What about christmass and new year, is the training machine also working during this time or I can hope for just 2 days off?
In my last company all the trainings was usually stopped during the christmass time.
