The town of Stary Krym in Crimea has a problem. In fact, the entire town of 2,000 has been evacuated because the ammo dump next door has gone off. Highway P-23 has been shut down too.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-66242446 https://www.reuters.com/world/europe...or-2023-07-19/ BTW Stary Krym is only 15 miles from the Feodosia S-400 site, it doesn't look like those S-400s are doing their job very well. |
Ammo dump hit last night in Crimea and still burning.

ZNPP update
"In its latest update on the situation at what is Ukraine and Europe's largest nuclear power plant, and which has been under Russian control since March 2022, the IAEA said that the steam generated from the one unit - currently unit 5 - in hot shutdown, is used "for various nuclear safety purposes including the processing of liquid radioactive waste collected in storage tanks".The State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine issued regulatory orders last month for all six units to be placed in cold shutdown, given its situation on the frontline of the war, and the breaching of the dam that had helped ensure plentiful cooling water supplies. The Russian operators of the plant say such a move is not required from a "legal or technological point of view" and the IAEA said the plant's operators are currently preparing to move unit 4 from cold shutdown to hot shutdown, after which unit 5 will be placed in cold shutdown "to carry out preventative maintenance activities that are only possible in cold shutdown". The IAEA added that its experts stationed at the plant "are strongly encouraging the ZNPP to investigate all possible options to install an external boiler to generate the steam required, which would enable the site to bring all units into a cold shutdown state"." etc https://world-nuclear-news.org/Artic...-allow-cold-sh |

Russia light up the sky of Odesa with ermmmm standard fireworks?
Loved the comment... Russians logic is that if Ukrainian have no firework left they cannot have a victory as they won't be able to celebrate it. Well anyway fireworks are replaced by drone shows nowadays, and Ukraine have plenty of those. |
Dell Boy getting his "holy" white wine blessed has nothing on this guy.

Even though governments are providing Ukraine lots of heavy stuff, it's the personal equipment that is needed as well. Private contributors and donations are more than welcomed by the troops. Latest delivery to Finnish volunteers by Finnish donators included night vision gear.

More on that mass missile attack on the port grain loading facilities in Odesa last night.
60,000 tons of grain were destroyed at the “Chornomorsk” port as a result of russian shelling on the night of July 19, according to Ukraine's Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Mykola Solskyi. These photos were taken in the ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk. At night, Russia purposefully attacked grain terminals. The grain infrastructure of international and Ukrainian traders and carriers Kernel, Viterra, CMA and CGM Group were damaged.… https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....824c55741.jpeg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....872da7111.jpeg https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....20a63f40d.jpeg |

PRIGOZHIN IS ALIVE - AND HE’S ANGRY
⚡️⚡️⚡️The first post-rebellion video of Evgenii Prigozhin - the founder of Wagner Group - speaking with his soldiers in Belarus has appeared. Key points: 📌 "What is happening now at the front is a disgrace in which we do not need to participate." 📌 “We are going to start a new journey - to Africa"; 📌 “Maybe we will return to the war in Ukraine - at the moment when we are sure that we will not be forced to disgrace ourselves"; 📌 "We will stay in Belarus for some time and, I am sure, we will make the Belarusian army the second army in the world." |

More regarding F16's
“There will be F-16 planes, this is already good news," Reznikov said. "We will train pilots and technical engineers in several countries at the same time. Meanwhile here in Ukraine, we will do our homework, we will assess the capabilities of our airfields where they (F-16) will be used and we will build the infrastructure for them," he adds. |

And of course Ukraine could say the same thing and lob a few Neptunes in the direction of anything sailing towards Russian ports, that should see the insurance companies disappearing over the horizon and ship owners ceasing to operate in and out of Russian ports.

I wonder what would happen if ships to Ukraine would be flagged to Turkey, or the US. I reckon Russkies would do exactly nothing about it.
