Another village liberated, the worrying bit is where are the welcoming civilians in all of these recovered villages and most of them appear to be villages in name only, the buildings having been flattened.

Trying to blame anyone but Putin for the 'catastrophe'. Justifying Russian failures by saying they are fighting the collective West, not Ukraine. Whipping up the mob by urging endless escalation. Anything to avoid admitting that they have brought all this on themselves.
A Pissed Putin, spouting sh@t hopefully we will see his demise soon enough.

Irony:
One of those employed to shoot those on the frontline to stop them from retreating was wounded in a mortar attack and was left behind by his team, who were there to stop the front retreating, but retreated themselves.

What Russians think of the war, the women at the bottom talking on TV is spot on.
What a sickening system. Hope the ordinary draftees start using their heads and survival instincts.

I would think this is pretty much spot on. Russia needs to financially pay for all of this and all borders need to be closed to Russians!!
There are signs that Russia has realized its imminent defeat in Ukraine and now wants to undermine Ukraine economically as much as possible. The destruction of Kakhovka HPP was a strike on Ukraine's economy. Agricultural capacity of Ukrainian South has suffered unbelievable damage that will take decades to restore. Heavy industry in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions will also be impacted greatly by this act of terror. Damage to the environment is huge and lasting. North-Crimean canal was also left without water as a result of the explosion. This means agriculture in Crimea will be virtually impossible and residents will continue facing a shortage of drinking water. Furthermore,
@DI_Ukraine
has information that Russia has placed explosives inside Titan plant in Crimean Armiansk. If Russia decided to blow it up, a cloud of about 200 tons of ammonia would cover the nearby areas. Plants, coal mines, fields etc that are in the areas of Donbas occupied by Russia, have also been destroyed, severely damaged and/or heavily mined. Russia wants Ukraine to become economically unsustainable, unable to support herself. Reconstruction, rebuilding, de-mining and other restoring of territories will take a lot of time and money before they are able to function again. All this time, Ukraine will need to rely on external aid for survival. Russia is hoping that it will be able to restore its army and weapon stocks to attack Ukraine several years later, and succeed this time. Ukraine needs strong and sustainable security guarantees to ensure this doesn't happen. A bloody war in the center of Europe must not repeat.

Sad.
Perhaps he has a note safety pinned inside his jacket?
On a serious note, the talking heads on RT do seem to be making way for some bad news to Boris average, probably need to get in before the video of RF murdering 7 of their own troops gets to Ma and Pa (although the Lada is still a drawcard). If Prigozhin goes toe to toe with the RF in the field which would be worth the popcorn, it would be hard to keep that off the front page of the social media if not Pravda. Between Wagner, RF and the Tic Tic brigade, it might end up closer to Moscow than Putin would like to see.

It is a sober analysis. While my reservations on causation related to Versailles still exists, th Marshall plan for Ukraine to restore it promptly to being a productive country will increase stability there. Russia needs to stop enjoying eating dirt and consider entering the wider world without their Urals size chip on their shoulder. It is time they have a constitution that respects the rights of their neighbours to self determination and existence. It is rich to moan about not having many friends when the history is of destroying their neighbours.

This makes a whole lot of sense too.
Sticking a Leo in the mix will bring tons of reports of Leo's at XYZ meaning Russia will respond to XYZ while operations carry on elsewhere.

From fdr:
The problem is that their constitution already says all that, but they simply ignore it. My faith in Russians doing what they promise is now zero.

Ecce Homo! Loquitur...
Ukrainians reports that a military base of Kadyrov Chechens was hit last night, at Lazurna Recreation Center in Primorsk. According to the Ukrainian side, one of Kadyrov’s closest men was there. A total of ~200 soldiers were stationed there.
