The Czech Republic is donating attack helicopters, rocket systems, and additional tanks to Ukraine after a conference with US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin. Helicopters will be Mi-24 Hind which are in the process of being replaced with AH-1s.

The approach of "War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength." looks like it's alive an well, with the next logical step being the narrative that the conflict was always there "We are at war with Eastasia. We have always been at war with Eastasia."

Alleged Russian film of mine clearing on the beaches of Mariupol, Call me old fashioned but all those explosions are on the far side of the tank and none are in the flails sweep, he then lifts the flail and drives back up the beach on untouched sand.... Staged Russian Propaganda film for the worlds consumption???
The other one on the beach looks freshly buried and isn't even sunk into the sand..

Unfortunately it appears Russian forces are finally getting their act together in places, having reportedly taken up position along the Bakhmut-Lsychansk road. Not good news for any Ukrainian forces in the Severodonetsk salient, it being the only road out of there.

TBH: I think, what she is proclaiming is that much exorbitant, that the public is more going to think: "Wait a minute, what is this going to be, this is not what I want".
Just a small step, though in such a way, she can not be held accountable for "wrong news".
Have a lot of these small steps, and the combined psychological message is the opposite of the individual needles.

Orwell modelled the totlalitarian Government of his book on Stalinist Russia and Nazi Germany, so there's a sort of chilling circulatory about it. Life imitating art, as they say.
