Following on from the "leaked" reports by the heads of the Armed Forces as to the failings of the UK's Armed Forces in applying a sustained campaign in Libya, David Cameron true to his word over his plans to "beef up the law" on Super Injuction's, applies the first of the new super gagging order's to the head of the Army .
