Since there were two runners up and in the spirit of the unorthodox, I suggest a sudden death play-off between LurkerBelow and Buster. Here's the image; max 3 entries each.

PS The appeals court has reviewed the evidence against Mend em and subsequently overrules the judge's sentence on grounds of diminished responsibility (the judge that is; he'd had too much wine) and hereby grants a full pardon: Mend Em - you are free to go
