NETJETS hiring 2022
PPRuNe Handmaiden
Good question. It is demand driven. Are you on Linked In?
If so, look up Kura and follow them. Then you’ll get notification of when the next round will be.
The application windows are not open for very long, maybe 2 weeks only.

Current approved permanent gateways are:
EDDF, EDDH, EDDK, EDDL, EDDM, EDDS, EDDB, EGBB, EGCC, EGGW, EGKK, EGLL, EGPD, EGPF, EHPH, EGSS, EHAM, EIDW, EKCH, EPWA, LEBL, LEMD, LEMG, LFSB, LOWW, LPPT, LSGG and LSZH
The approved temporary gateway (max 120 days a year) list is longer (it includes all of the above and the following) but that doesn’t help you much as you need one of the permanent ones for your contract I believe:
EBBR, EFHK, ENGM, ESSA, LFBD, LFBO, LFLL, LFML, LFMN, LFPG, LFSB, LHBP, LIMC, LIPE, LIPZ, LIRF

The table here https://www.pilotjobsnetwork.com/jobs/Netjets_Europe is correct. For the first 2 years it is 58,500 EUR gross, then it will jump to 66,300 EUR. Don't forget to add the productivity bonus, you can easily add 100% to the base salary.

Thanks for the info. Basic salary is quite misleading.
Still 5-7 years expected to command or is the recruitment due expansion leading to a possible reduction in that time?
Sadly I'm of an age where it starts to matter

Time to command solely depends on growth of the fleet and rate of retirements. Otherwise it will happen by order of seniority and not by "previous experience". If we continue as are doing right now, new joiners could look at upgrading in 3 to 5 years.

Majority will join the Phenom and XLS though a few get the Latitude and even fewer May get lucky (especially in the opinion of those who have spent 15+ years on the tiny fleets) and will get Falcon / Challenger.
However once you are in then you can bid to change fleet (based on seniority unless it’s a brand new implementation fleet).
Some chose to pass on the upgrade opportunity with less than 4 years in the company to move to the Global as SIC
Hours can vary greatly depending on whether you chose a flexible working option to commit to more / less than the primary contract duty days and there is also currently quite a lot of potential to volunteer for extra days giving extra day payments and obviously more hours (which factor heavily to the productivity element of our package currently)
The money here is great and the options for working more/less as suits you. Upgrades coming thick and fast - hopefully to continue.
Just upgraded and now looking at €200k (still 80% contract - so an average of 11.8 duty days per month)
I would encourage anyone to at least apply (you’ll have to wait for next time if you didn’t get a CV in by the 24th) and get a feel for the company during the recruitment process - especially if you value your time away from work. But if you are committed to only flying a big business jet at all costs then the silver bunch is the way forward.

I’ve never applied on any bizjet or airliner in the past, but I think I’m gonna make a move in the incoming future, and I don’t like airliners so for sure my next move is trying to get into the bizjets
Do you know if NetJets is strict with their requirements? I have all of them except the multicrew time, since I’m flying a twin turboprop as a Single pilot, with around 3000h TT.
Here we can read all the good and bad things at NetJets, payroll, roster, fleets, T&C… and every individual may know if that fits or not in his lifestyle, but I’d like to know if some insider has time to explain how is your normal day by day.
Do you receive your boarding pass on your D-1 for your positioning flight? Can you use your frequent flyer or hotel fidelity cards? Do you have stby days on your ON days or its always 3-4 sectors per day? What about extended duty, how common it is?
For sure there is a lot more, but I don’t wanna list all the stuff, so if anything else come into your mind it will be very thankful if you share it with us

Just passed my 4yr anniversary and this tax year I earnt €107k and had an additional €29k into my pension on the Phenom while working an 80% flexible working pattern so plenty of time home with the family.
