Apart from an aborted trial offering a signup bonus to rated pilots (possibly only on the Phenom) then the initial type is essentially random.
Majority will join the Phenom and XLS though a few get the Latitude and even fewer May get lucky (especially in the opinion of those who have spent 15+ years on the tiny fleets) and will get Falcon / Challenger.
However once you are in then you can bid to change fleet (based on seniority unless it’s a brand new implementation fleet).
Some chose to pass on the upgrade opportunity with less than 4 years in the company to move to the Global as SIC
Hours can vary greatly depending on whether you chose a flexible working option to commit to more / less than the primary contract duty days and there is also currently quite a lot of potential to volunteer for extra days giving extra day payments and obviously more hours (which factor heavily to the productivity element of our package currently)
