Just passed my 4yr anniversary and this tax year I earnt €107k and had an additional €29k into my pension on the Phenom while working an 80% flexible working pattern so plenty of time home with the family.
The money here is great and the options for working more/less as suits you. Upgrades coming thick and fast - hopefully to continue.
Just upgraded and now looking at €200k (still 80% contract - so an average of 11.8 duty days per month)
I would encourage anyone to at least apply (you’ll have to wait for next time if you didn’t get a CV in by the 24th) and get a feel for the company during the recruitment process - especially if you value your time away from work. But if you are committed to only flying a big business jet at all costs then the silver bunch is the way forward.
How is the roster working an 80% flexible working pattern?
