It doesn't rhyme with "dook" and it's not in Greenland.

He scores again.:D Wiley Post-Will Rogers Memorial Airport May they fly in peace in the highest Flight Level. I was scanning the coast of Alaska, Nome etc. Then I thought it handy to look were the artic circle actually was. Much farther North. I looked at Prudhoe Bay and Barrow was the second. New challenge The most welcoming place i have encountered. https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....ef1bbf16eb.jpg https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/pprune....688e379543.jpg Succes I will be online again tomorrow evening so you can think about it. Port Harcourt. The photos are not my own, as I arrived at 22:45 local (somewhere 2014) I learned from internet that at least until 2017 the situation had not improved although it looks like they have installed a new arrivals tent. At least they maintained the Port Health desk ($ 10) and the old airco’s (in a tent!). after spending 1,5 hours with 300 fellow passengers in that tent waiting on my luggage I had lost some pounds and another $100 to get my laptop through customs. The departures terminal was brand new at that time. Since then the international contractor has left 24 containers with unused materials on the airport; have left themselves and have been paid in full. Only in Nigeria Dook the stage is yours Cheers SLB |

Looks like taxiways leading to a cliff for underground aircraft storage.
There was a plan to do this at Ta Qali but it was found to be impractical, so I'd guess it was the 'secret' airbase somewhere north of Groom Lake where Bob Lazar was briefly employed. He maintained we was flown from Vegas to Groom Lake by one of the Janet flights, then was transported further into the desert in a bus with blacked out windows, to where he was employed on 'back engineering' flying saucers using 'compartmented information'. |
To the best of my knowledge there is no underground aircraft storage at this airfield.
edit: not USA |
Looks like the taxiways ending in trees rather than a cliff. Might be a bunker with trees planten on them? Might the blue roofs lead us somewhere? mostly used in Asia? SLB |
I don't think there is anything significant in the blue roofs. Asia.
Look closely at the ramp area at the right end of the runway. |
Helispots especially for me? multiple spots says offshore base! |
Military aeroplanes and not offshore.
