I doubt you will find this aircraft on the used market!
Now I'm thinking a one-off which crashed.

I will need to check to see if it did crash, but the one example built is still on the US register, so presumably remains airworthy.

Checked on-line sources and no mention of any crash.

Well mate, it's not air-racing per se.

RR, it is possible that there was an intention to beat a certain record, but if it was, it was not successful!

LM, it was built for air racing.

And I've got a few more like this lined up for future challenges....!!

RR, now we are getting down to business....it was not a "Sport Class"...it was actually classified as "Unlimited".

LM, its not a Glasair

Yes, the Unlimiteds tend to be the old war birds, but this one was definitely put into the Unlimited category.

Sorry to hear of your "difficulties" RR...sadly (or perhaps fortunately for those in your close proximity) I doubt this one in the flesh would inspire you as much!

I don't think you'll find it in Google Images.

This aircraft has appeared at the Reno Air Races at least once. You perhaps need to look back in time a little though. My photo was taken in 1981.
