A good ploy LM...a certain website which I was referring to had, what turned out to be, incorrect pictures for certain Messerschmitt models, including the M23, amongst others!

Stand-by

I was convinced it was some variant of the He-64...but then LM's comments about Messerschmitt made me look...and I still couldn't find it! Ended up doing a search model by model for those that I wasn't familiar with.

This is not a Messerschmitt!

My first thoughts were that this was a new or comparitively new aircraft, possibly a homebuilt and/or a bush aircraft. But with that comparitively narrow and pretty unique tail design I'm just beginning to wonder if this is perhaps a lot older, despite the 3 bladed prop. Looks like someone got hold of a PZL-101 or Yak-12 and modernised it!

Better start fishing for clues....American?

I don't have any books here but I think it is one of those "new" Russian designs. I'm sure I saw one at Zhukovsky a few years back

Back briefly.

It is relatively new, but not American.

RR is on the right track......
