It seems we have a stalled thread. Irishair, if you are unable to post could I ask that you declare Open House as Lightning Mate suggested. If you still need assistance with posting there are plenty of us here who may be able to offer help if you can tell us what the problem is.

All, in the absence of anything from irishair, can I suggest we give it 24 hours from the time that Noyade confirmed his correct identification of his challenge, and if nothing is forthcoming by then we go Open House...?

No luck with the image upload mate? Do you use Mozilla Firefox? Firefox and ImageShack have a great system that complement each other and fit nicely together in the top browser bar with an "upload" button that makes the process very easy. It's just a matter of googling them and downloading the free downloads. We can go from there and there's plenty of help available here as skytrain10 pointed out.

Sorry, (well I'm not really) but "open house" is like a red flag to a bull for me...

Mmmm....

Not many "inverted" sesquiplane designs around.

A Cunnhall design?

Morning all!!!

For image hosting I personally prefer Photobucket,
As Skytrain10 says, Photobucket works extremely well. I use it straight from the web - no downloads at all. Simply upload you image as shown and then use the URL data to then post on to PPrune.

I agree regards photobucket. simply upload your phto straight onto the site with a couple of clicks and then copy and paste the image url, which always appears under your pic, straight into your post. could not possibly be simpler in my opinion, and it needs to simple for me to use it

The tailpane and fin and rudder of Graeme's challenge has a De Havilland look about it. I am not aware of any "Slip Wing" trials carried out using a D.H.71 or similar aircraft.

It's not a "slip wing" as such, but it is detachable. So it could fly with the additional wing or as a monoplane. More clues?
