The first Cygnet was single fin ,Not tricycle ,and side by side

And Skytrain says :
"""this aircraft was to be offered in 2 versions, the one I have shown, and the other a taildragger version with side-by-side as opposed to tandem cockpit."""

But I can't find any pic to confirm this idea ,even in Flight archives !

Cheers
Richard

To answer:
RR, yes its British
Richard, not the Cygnet but you are in the right era; it was a late 30's design.

I have never seen a photograph of it, but could this be the British Klemm B.A.3 "Cygnet"?

S'land, not a British Klemm model.

Note this aircraft was a project only...I do not believe work ever commenced on a prototype although information is limited.

Nice to see you again Mel.

Blimey, I exhaustively searched Dart Aircraft as well as many others, but never found a reference to the Weasel!

Spot on Mel, it is the Dart Weasel as detailed in 27 October 1938's Flight magazine.

For full details go to: http://www.flightglobal.com/pdfarchi...0-%202969.html

Over to you Mel

Thanks LM and skytrain10. A very interesting challenge. Here is the next one, I am sure this one will be a great deal easier.
