As it is rather quiet I guess a clue is now in order.
This was a design that never made it beyond the drawing board, but was offered as a modified variant to an aircraft manufactured by another company.

Looks like a modified/redeveloped Savoia Marchetti 85.

Right track but this was not derived from a Savoia Marchetti aircraft.

Well Breda kind of made things happen quicky! S'land has it, its actually the BZ.303. It was a heavily armed fighter design derived from the ill fated CANT Z1018 Leone. The designer was Zapata.
